Sup? Sux u chrgd wit lyng. 12 cnts?!!!! dam! u in trbl dudes!!!
I thought I’d begin with a language of communication you both understand because it seems large words such as you’d find in an oath of office or truth might not be within your ability to comprehend and I know how fond you are of texting. Come to think of it, the words in such oaths aren’t all that large and even the concept of telling the truth is understood by young children. Unlike young children, however, we as adults, especially adults in public office, are expected to tell the truth when summoned to do so under oath.
Kwame, I suppose by now you’re well aware that you are not getting away scot-free with ruining the lives of three men who did their jobs as police officers who happened to make the “mistake” of turning you in for unlawful behavior. Were you honestly so arrogant that you thought you were above the law? I suppose you were because you were so arrogant that you thought you were above the vows of your marriage and above telling the truth in court. You’ve done little more for the city of Detroit and the outlying suburbs than put friends and family on your payroll and abusing city funds for your own benefit. Of course that is simply my opinion but it’s an opinion shared by a great deal of credible individuals and as time goes by more and more abuses are uncovered that support my opinion.
You’ll most likely never see this but no matter. I’m tired of the stagnant condition of the city, its economic condition and the continued corruption that have been the status quo my entire life. The city is a disappointment and an embarrassment. With proper management and leadership we could easily be a dynamic area like Chicago or New York but instead we’ve remained the toilet bowl of the Midwest. No one, including those who have to visit for business, wants to visit. There’s nothing real to see or do. People move out in droves. The city is defined by crime and blight. When you mention Detroit to people around the country you find we are defined by our crime rates, economy and the failing auto industry.
It’s a real shame. I had a lot of hope when you were elected. I thought the city needed someone young and motivated to make real change. Instead we ended up with an arrogant punk who allowed power to get to his head rather than use it as a tool to turn an area desperate for change into a place people actually want to associate themselves with. Well, good job. Not only did you do nothing for Detroit, you’ve now ruined your credibility and probably ended your career. You won’t resign but you and I both know how this will end. You may as well call it a day and maintain what little dignity you have left.
