Check your Spybot
If you use Spybot Search & Destroy and haven’t upgraded your program software in quite some time or if it’s giving you errors when you try and download updates, head over to safer-networking.org (or now also at spybot.info) and download the newest release. I guess it was out in September but the software didn’t alert me to any upgrades like others tend to so it wasn’t until I started getting errors when I’d try to download updates that I went to download it and reinstall. It’s now at version 1.5 and still one of the best programs out there to clean your machine of spyware.
