Dear Target, this next please

The Bedford Smart Recharge Station by Pottery BarnDear Target:

I have to admit that I do like Pottery Barn and I appreciate you sharing my opinion even though in some circles that makes us a little uncool. I haven’t read their catalog in quite awhile since I’m always busy wandering your aisles but I did notice something on a blog I was reading today that piqued my interest: The BEDFORD SMART RECHARGE STATION. I’ve seen some home made versions of this concept on the Internet and while they are cheap and get the job done, they aren’t exactly pretty. I like pretty. I like something to blend rather than hide things while sticking out because of their own fug.

The above said, I am in no way going to pay $79 for this piece of pretty home office furniture. This is why I’m addressing this blog post to you, darling Target. Please nab this idea and run with it. Fast. I wouldn’t mind buying one that is similarly pretty while at a price much more reasonable.

Now, if you could also get to work on making my house larger or even simply finding room for a proper home office I’d be forever grateful. I also thank you for carrying items of a more modern feel to satisfy my newly eclectic taste. I’m finding myself mixing pieces that, now thinking about it, seem to reflect the duality of my personality. Ikea has been helping me out but feel free to entice me since I’m enjoying you much more often than my occasional tryst with the Swedish giant.

See you soon,
Your biggest fan
