Is this awake?
I’m waiting for the result of this experiment to be replicated but so far I’ve awoken (woke? woken?) twice with the mask still on (very strange feeling). Last night I got to bed at a fairly decent time and didn’t get out of bed until around 8am so I’m estimating that I got maybe eight or eight and a half hours. As I said earlier, I’m waiting for this experience to be replicated because I don’t want to throw my hands in the air and yell, “finally!” just yet.
Today it was like I was on fire. I folded baskets upon baskets of laundry and put them away. I cleaned the living room, dining room and the kids’ rooms. I washed some more and I fucked around on the net. It’s going on 9pm and I’m not exhausted. I wasn’t exhausted at 10am either. I don’t know what to do with this feeling but I’ll take it. I really home it continues. I know it’s trite but I really do feel like a new person.
