Fucking ouch
Yeah, the throat still hurts and yeah, I’m going to continue whining about it. It occurred to me that I have a follow-up with my ENT Thursday afternoon so I’ll mention it to her. She’s all schooled on the throat and issues related so I’ll offer up my whining to her rather than my PCP. We’ll also see if the problem with my turbinates is allergies or plain old-fashioned structural problems. I’ve been a good girl and have used the nose spray faithfully along with the meds so we’ll see.
Speaking of faithful use, I was pretty good with the CPAP last night. Gracie woke me up around 2am for an unfortunate problem that required a shower so my sleep was interrupted and I can’t say if my fatigue is from that or something else. We’ll see tonight. I was impressed with myself that I put the thing back on after I was done with Gracie. That thing gets old fast.
