Happy Birthday to Me!
A year closer to 40 and a very uneventful day. Everyone took off while I cleaned which sounds sad but it’s not. It was some alone time bringing order back to the house and it was great. They went to see my MIL who is just back from the hospital after breaking her hip a couple of weeks ago. Upon their return I got hugs, kisses, a cake and a book. It was very sweet. Since the Hungarian place was closed by the time we called, I got some carry-out from the Olive Garden. Very fancy. I even used stainless steel silverware. Nothing but the best! I stuffed myself silly and I regretted it afterward because I really did feel like crap when I was done. Oh well. It was my birthday and it turned into an anything goes day. I’m back on track for the most part today so it’s all good.
I finally made some progress on getting the computer back up and running. The HD is installed and now I just need to get all the software back on and tweaked the way I like.
